Jackson Russell is a real estate investment professional with eight years of experience in acquisitions, capital raising, and underwriting. Specializing in deal structuring, forecasting, and marketing, he focuses on sourcing and evaluating high-growth real estate opportunities.
With a track record of $470 million in real estate transactions across multifamily, medical, and land investments, Jackson has also led $1.1 billion in financial due diligence and restructuring. Before founding 214 Capital, he worked at a real estate private equity firm, specializing in acquisitions, underwriting, and financial forecasting.
Jackson began his career as a Consultant in Houston, focusing on asset valuation, financial modeling, and restructuring, before transitioning to Marcus & Millichap, where he specialized in investment sales in Oklahoma City. He holds a BBA in Finance and Energy Management from the University of Oklahoma and brings deep expertise in real estate, finance, and capital markets to every investment.
